Maintenance will be performed on the ALCF MobilePASS+ (or "Cryptocard") server from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (CST) on Tuesday, January 21, 2025. While the server is rebooted during the maintenance window, existing connections will not be interrupted, but users will not be able to establish new SSH sessions to any ALCF resource nor will they be able to log in to the MyALCF portal, including the account and project management pages (https://my.alcf.anl.gov). Multiple attempts to authenticate when the server is being rebooted in the maintenance window could result in a user’s MobilePass+ token getting out of sync or Argonne's security systems blocking their IP address.
