IWOCL 2024 marks the 12th anniversary of the annual gathering of the international community of OpenCL and SYCL developers, researchers, implementers, scientists and Khronos Working Group members to share best practice, and to advance the use and evolution of these Khronos open compute languages for programming heterogeneous platforms.
This pioneering workshop has been attracting an international audience of leading academic and industrial experts since 2013 and is the premier forum for the community to present, discuss and learn about applying SYCL and OpenCL to solve computationally-demanding problems across a wide range of application domains.
Conference Program: The IWOCL 2024 call for submissions is now open and is inviting international scientists and engineers from academia, industry, and government to contribute by presenting their work and discoveries in the form of Full Academic Papers, Short Academic Paper, Posters, or Technical Presentations. This year, the organisers are particularly interested in submissions discussing the interaction of SYCL and OpenCL with ISO C++. Learn More.
SYCL HackFest: This Hacking Festival takes place is on Monday April 8 and will be a fun one day hacking session where the SYCL community can get together and hack on projects that they feel they could progress within a single day. By hacking together we will have the opportunity to discuss code, issues, SYCL features, and general queries, and all participants will be supported by mentors that are world-leaders in SYCL development. Spend a few hours with us here in Chicago and hack with us and lets discover amazing things together! Learn More.
