In January of 2015, the three ASCR computing facilities (ALCF, OLCF, and NERSC) were commissioned with collecting computing requirements from the Office of Science for the next 5-10+ years.  The working group tasked with this help 6 reviews over 18 months with HEP, BES, FES, BER, NP, and ASCR Research.  The requirements touch on the entire hardware ecosystem and the entire software stack.  I will cover the motivation and use of the requirements reviews.  Additionally, I will describe some of the requirements we have heard from our users and the larger DOE community and how we plan to move forward.
